With more than a decade of dedicated experience in the dynamic realms of hospitality, business development, and consultancy, I am thrilled to extend my expertise to assist you in your business.

My journey has been marked by pivotal roles in industry leaders, including over 7 years as an Account Manager at Booking.com, where I drove results and established strong partnerships within the hospitality sector. My tenure at prestigious establishments like the Westin (Marriott International) and RadissonBLU (Radisson Hotel Group) not only equipped me with a profound understanding of the hotel industry but also fundamentally transformed my approach to customer satisfaction and quality control.

I’ve always been passionate about helping businesses unlock their true potential. After years of creating profits and cutting losses for various clients, I founded MarketMind Consulting to bring that same expertise to the hospitality industry.
